David Eubanks joined NHPF in 2018. As a member of the development group, Mr. Eubanks is primarily responsible for supporting the financing and development of multifamily housing.

Prior to joining NHPF, Mr. Eubanks served as the Director of Home Repair Programs and as an Investment Officer at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust. In his capacity as director, Mr. Eubanks was responsible for the development and implementation of single-family scattered-site redevelopment programs in the Midwest. Mr. Eubanks worked with local governments and non-profit agencies to reduce blight, stabilize neighborhoods and increase homeownership by acquiring vacant properties for redevelopment and sale to individuals and families at or below 80% of Area Median Income. As an investment officer, Mr. Eubanks originated multifamily investments financed through the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and other Federal and State housing programs.

Mr. Eubanks has also served as a researcher in the areas of economic development and minority business performance for the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education and the Citizens Planning and Housing Association.

Mr. Eubanks earned a M.B.A and Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
