Veronica Gonzalez joined The NHP Foundation in 2020. She has 20 years of experience managing complex multifamily, mixed finance redevelopments for public housing authorities, municipalities, and private affordable housing developers. Her diverse set of real estate skills developed from working in all aspects of development enables her to collaborate on project strategy, vet acquisitions, drive recapitalizations and direct community development investments.
Ms. Gonzalez’s primary focus is on Chicago and Midwest opportunities. Her responsibilities include project conceptualization, predevelopment, deal execution and project closeout. She maintains local relationships to partner and facilitate development of affordable housing.
