Operation Pathways - A Division of the NHP Foundation
The NHP Foundation’s commitment and mission to preserve affordable housing is not realized through bricks and mortar alone, but in union with the provision of programs and services to residents.
Operation Pathways Residents in NHPF housing communities have access to a wide variety of educational, health, and enrichment programming through NHPF’s own “Operation Pathways.” Site-based resident services
coordinators (RSCs) serve as both the programs director for the site and partnership manager. Operation Pathways utilizes community partners to help facilitate programs and services at NHPF properties to aid in achieving its goals.
