Frank L. Sullivan, Jr., Trustee brings to NHPF a wealth of valuable real estate
experience. A graduate of Cornell University (B.S.) and The Wharton School (MBA), Mr.
Sullivan has been involved in real estate for 43 years, the first 13 working for a bank, a
development firm and, eventually, Citibank, from which, in 1984, he, along with two
others, founded Clarion Partners, now a $30+B AUM firm, from which he retired in
2014. Mr. Sullivan’s expertise is further attested to by his activities outside Clarion.
He, for 20 years, was a professor of Real Estate Finance at New York University’s
Graduate School of Business. In addition, he has been a visiting lecturer at Cornell
University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, and Yale
University. Lastly he has served as an expert witness in various courts and sits on the
Cornell University Real Estate Advisory Board.
