The Ribbon-Cutting celebrates the newly renovated Blue Mountain Apartments, an ambitious landmark $112M preservation project that was conceived and implemented through a real public/private partnership. Blue Mountain Apartments is a 217-unit historic multifamily scattered-site complex composed of 19 walk-up buildings built between 1910 to 1930 in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, a gentrifying neighborhood.
