11:-0 AM–1:00 PM
A momentous celebration opening the doors to the 100 unit 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes for seniors as the first Phase of the 17.3 acre Master Redevelopment Area (MRA). This project is part of the major community upliftment in Park Heights, including neighboring developments of Pimlico Racecourse and the new construction of the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
The celebration will also include the unveiling of a meaningful sculpture and mural of great importance to the community. The Ribbon-Cutting will be followed by the 4th Annual George “Spider” Anderson Music & Arts Festival to be held across the street.
