Andrey Zudin joined NHPF in 2021 and is based in Washington, DC. He is involved throughout the lifecycle of a project, starting with budget and feasibility, and continuing with design coordination, construction progress management, finally tenant occupancy and handover to local partners. For projects actively in construction, Mr. Zudin is in regular contact with design and construction teams as the Owner representative helping to resolve constantly arising issues related to construction in a timely manner. For projects in pre-construction, Mr. Zudin works closely with general contractors, negotiating scope and cost of construction, while working with design and development teams on constructability and overall project cost. Mr. Zudin’s primary corporate responsibilities are to ensure that NHPF’s core values and interests are top-of-mind and linked throughout management levels in all projects.
Previously, Mr. Zudin worked as a superintendent and project manager for several major general contractor firms specializing in multi-residential, mixed-use, and affordable housing projects across the DMV area. Some of his favorite projects include S.O.M.E.-Conway Center, University of the District of Columbia Student Center, Artspace Apartments, Maple View Flats.
