EVA THIBAUDEAU-GRACZYK

Director of Supportive Housing

Eva Thibaudeau-Graczyk joined NHPF in 2024 as Director of Supportive Housing, responsible for developing a services plan for each NHPF property with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units. She is uniquely qualified in this position after serving in similar roles for over nearly two decades, providing skilled, compassionate leadership for mission-based housers. Her skillset runs the gamut from government regulation expertise to racial and LGBTQ advocacy to public policy and strategic planning. Eva is a dynamic leader who inspires those around her to implement programs and initiatives resulting in improving the lives of all of those whom she encounters.

Prior to joining NHPF, Ms. Thibaudeau-Graczyk worked as CEO for Temenos Community Development Corporation, a mission-based affordable housing provider for whom she co-developed a 95-unit, $35M multi-family housing development and oversaw all of the non-profit accounting and fiscal management. Prior to Temenos, Ms. Thibaudeau-Graczyk served as (title) at the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County, Inc. a role that included collaborating with government agencies and elected officials to increase affordable housing, end exits from institutions into homelessness and improve outcomes. Among other achievements, she facilitated funding to end homelessness for a three-county region resulting in $38M+ annually and reduced overall regional homelessness by 50%.

Ms. Thibaudeau-Graczyk earned her Master of Political Social Work from the University of Houston and a BA in Social Welfare & Womens Studies from the University of Wisconsin. She has been a foster parent for 75 children as well as holding several volunteer positions helping children and families.
