JOSEPH N. DAMMANN

Joseph Dammann was hired by The Foundation in 2019 to serve as the organization’s corporate paralegal, assisting with corporate governance, compliance, and transactions. He now acts as an assistant development manager, primarily responsible for supporting the financing, development, and preservation of multifamily housing.
Mr. Dammann graduated from Union College in 2012 and immediately began his career as a legal professional at two prestigious law firms in Washington, D.C. Following graduation from a master’s program at Columbia University, he was hired by the Foundation to assist with its expanding transaction, compliance, and governance needs.
