SANDRA BLACK

Ms. Black joined The NHP Foundation  in 2024 to serve as the organization’s corporate paralegal, assisting with corporate governance, compliance, and transactions. Ms. Black graduated from New York University in 2004 and brings with her over a decade of diverse legal experience with prestigious law firms in New York City and the surrounding Metropolitan area. After graduating from New York University, she earned her Paralegal Certification with the distinction of the President’s Award. She is passionate about lending her strengths to NHPF’s mission for growth and fully embraces the broadening transaction, compliance, and governance needs of the company.
