NHPF is reimagining affordable housing as a dynamic, sustainable community featuring quality housing with a diverse mix of one to three-bedroom apartments, catering to low-income households at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) as well as 100% AMI to address affordable housing for the “Missing-Middle” or middle-income residents.
