The NHP Foundation and Operation Pathways turn blueprints into homes and homes into hope. Operation Pathways seeks to transform affordable house communities through innovative programs which engage, empower, and support residents to achieve the future they desire.
Where you live matters and, with the support of our generous donors, Operation Pathways is able to meet residents where they live, providing services in four pathways: Academic Achievement, Healthier Living, Financial Stability, and Aging in Place.
