Camden Carpenter joined NHPF in 2022 as an intern based in Washington, DC. Ms. Carpenter was brought on as an Assistant Development Manager soon after receiving her Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Smart and Sustainable Cities from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University. Ms. Carpenter assists the development team with due diligence review, market analysis, entitlement, financing, and stakeholder outreach.
