The Bobbi (also known as The Amelia and Paul) is a charming, historic apartment building in Washington, DC’s Kalorama neighborhood. This building, originally built in 1917, consists of a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in one of the District of Columbia’s priority neighborhoods for the preservation of affordable housing.
Acquired in the Summer of 2023 in partnership with Embolden Real Estate, LLC via the District of Columbia’s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA), NHPF aims to close on a LIHTC redevelopment in 2025.
