NHPF preserves and creates sustainable, affordable multifamily housing, and scattered-site communities where residents can access Operation Pathways’ onsite health and wellness, education, and financial stability programming via its unique Family-Centered Coaching principles. Residents of housing who harness the powers of these principles are a true demonstration that where, and how, you live matter.
