Elm Gardens was acquired in the Fall of 2022 by The NHP Foundation in coordination with the Elm Gardens Tenants Association via the District of Columbia’s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). This 36-unit property was constructed in 1966 and was last renovated in 2000.
