Operation Pathways

Kevin has been a member of the Operation Pathways team since 2008. In his current capacity he provides support and oversight for housing-based programs and services that impact over 20 housing communities in 13 states and the District of Columbia.  Mr. Lewis has over two decades of professional experience in human services management, resources development (e.g. staff, programs, partnerships, and funding), and organizational assessment/evaluation.  Prior to his tenure with Operation Pathways he held several positions with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s programs in Southeast Louisiana and Southwest Michigan. Kevin has worked with school districts, faith-based organizations, businesses, community groups and local governments engaging them in community development projects and activities.  Mr. Lewis has been recognized for his public service by several entities, including the United Way, WBRZ Channel 2, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana, The White House Office of Faith and Community-Based Initiatives, and Louisiana State University’s Center for Community Engagement Learning and Leadership.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Tulane University and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University.
