Construction on Citadel on Elgin, a 74-unit senior citizen mid-rise building, began in the Summer of 2021 and was completed in 2023. Citadel on Elgin is a four-story elevator-served podium building consisting of 74 studio and one-bedroom apartments and 56 parking spaces. Citadel on Elgin will meet the ICC 700 Green Building Standard as well as accessibility requirements for both mobility impaired as well as hearing and visually impaired residents. Substantial indoor and outdoor activity space will be provided for resident services programs at the property.
