Maxwell House Apartments was acquired by The NHP Foundation in the Fall of 2021. The building, built in 1952 and last rehabilitated in 2005, is a 216-unit historic tax credit property in Augusta, Georgia made up of a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments. Maxwell House is a valuable affordable housing resource in the local community, and is set to undergo a substantial renovation in the coming years which will preserve and sustain the property as affordable housing for further generations.
