Anna Petrosyan joined NHPF having honed her accounting experience after nearly two decades at Catholic Charities POP Management Corp, the affordable housing developer of Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens. There Petrosyan was responsible for financial report preparation and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and assisting management in increasing profitability for Catholic Charities. She was also accountable for annual consolidated audits for the entities with varying regulations and ownership structures and numerous development projects. Petrosyan holds a Bachelor of Science/ Public Accountancy from Brooklyn College .
