Ann Nerona joined NHPF in 2022 and is based in Washington, DC. Previously, she worked as a General Contractor in the DC Metro area with varied experience ranging from corporate interiors, retail, and mixed-use residential. Recent multi-family projects include Pike & Rose Block 6 (The Henri), Skyland Town Center Block 2 (The Crest) and 901 N. Fairfax (Venue). Nerona received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University.
