Dawn Gutierrez, a member of our management team, has been with the Foundation since 2008 in various administrative roles as well as being the first employee of the New York office. Gutierrez is a results-focused leader with a primary goal to help provide talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions to help the organization harness one of its most powerful asset- our people. She is dedicated to creating a robust company culture that promotes continuous business growth and employee loyalty by empowering staff to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job. She brings over 30 years of experience in administration, recruiting and human resources as well as a passion for creating a working environment that relies on collaboration, communication and connection. Gutierrez holds a BA, from S.U.N.Y. New Paltz in Psychology.
