Eva Thibaudeau-Graczyk joined NHPF in 2024 as Director of Supportive Housing, responsible for developing service plans for NHPF properties with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units. With nearly two decades of experience in similar roles, she brings expertise in government regulations, racial and LGBTQ advocacy, public policy, and strategic planning. A dynamic leader, she inspires those around her to implement initiatives that improve lives.
Previously, Thibaudeau-Graczyk served as CEO of Temenos Community Development Corporation, a mission-based affordable housing provider, where she co-developed a 95-unit, $35 million multifamily housing development and managed nonprofit accounting and fiscal oversight. Prior to that, she held a leadership role at the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County, collaborating with government agencies and elected officials to expand affordable housing, reduce exits from institutions into homelessness, and improve outcomes. She helped secure over $38 million annually, contributing to a 50% reduction in regional homelessness.
Thibaudeau-Graczyk holds a Master of Political Social Work from the University of Houston and a BA in Social Welfare & Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin. A dedicated advocate, she has fostered 75 children and held numerous volunteer roles supporting children and families.
