Evan Eyo joined The NHP Foundation in 2020 as an asset manager and has over seven years of asset management experience in multi-family housing. He oversees the relocation of residents during LIHTC rehab and works closely with third-party property managers to monitor the day-to-day operation of assets in the portfolio. He also ensures project compliance with local housing agencies and utilizes his relationship management skills to interact with Tenant Associations and assists with developing solutions to various property issues. Mr. Eyo received a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
