Kreig Rajaram joined NHPF in 2025 as an Asset Manager based in Washington, DC. He is passionate about providing affordable housing that addresses the growing housing demand we are seeing throughout the country.
Prior to joining NHPF, Rajaram worked an Asset Manager at Victory Housing, Inc., an affordable housing developer and operator based in Rockville, Maryland. At Victory Housing, he asset managed a 27 property affordable housing portfolio that consisted of senior age restricted communities, mixed used communities featuring market rate and affordable units, and HUD Section 202 communities. During his tenure, he managed property financials, budget creation and implementation, due diligence of new property acquisitions, and oversight of major capital and rehabilitation projects. Prior to his entry into the real estate industry, Rajaram worked several years as a community organizer working on issue based campaigns focused on Student Debt Reform and the expansion of the Affordable Care Act.
Rajaram earned his Masters in Commercial Real Estate from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his Bachelors in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
