MYUNGSOO JANG
Myungsoo Jang joined NHPF in November 2021. As a member of the acquisition/development group, he is primarily responsible for the acquisition, management of financing, development, and preservation of multifamily housing.
His work at NHPF includes sourcing underwriting, analyzing, and executing multifamily acquisitions for redevelopment to preserve affordable housing while conducting market research, due diligence, budgeting, debt/equity proposals, and investor reporting. Jang also prepares RFP/RFA responses for acquisitions and tax credit allocations, and assists with development processes, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and cash flow management.
Jang attained an M.S., Real Estate Development (MSRED), from Columbia University, New York and a B.S., Civil Engineering, from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea.
