ROBERTO KATTAN, Vice President, Asset Management
Roberto Kattan joined The NHP Foundation in 2022 as an asset manager for the stabilized portfolio. Kattan has over 10 years of real estate experience. His previous experience includes managing an intricate portfolio of small balance Freddie Mac commercial loans across the Northeast U.S. as well as broad experience in Asset Management, underwriting, financial modeling, financial reporting, and risk assessment. Kattan has a strong background in monitoring absorption and vacancy trends and drafting comprehensive offering memorandums for domestic and international real estate developments. He is a skilled communicator in both Spanish and English. Following his experience as an Asset Manager, Kattan worked as a transactional manager underwriting Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae small balance loans across the United States with a focus in the Northeast.
Kattan received a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from St. Edwards University.
