TIFFANY MARTINEZ

Tiffany has held several roles with Operation Pathways in over a decade of service including, roles as a Resident Services Coordinator, Manager of Health & Wellness, and Lead Trainer for Family-Centered Coaching.  With her experience and her passion for our communities she leads and supports our South/Central region in developing programs that best address the needs of the individual communities, foster new partnerships to support programs, and preserve the Family-Centered Coaching (FCC) approach. She also ensures accuracy and consistency with established data collection and reporting standards. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the resident services coordinators at our sites in Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, and Texas. Tiffany is also a part of the Operation Pathways leadership team.
