The NHP Foundation’s acquisition of Elm Gardens, in coordination with the Tenants Association, will ensure its continued affordability for many years to come.

Elm Gardens consists of one all-brick, 3-story walk-up building with 36 parking spaces. Last renovated in 2000, Elm Gardens was originally built in 1966 and recently added solar panels to the roof. A laundry room is available to residents on-site and the property located one block away from the Takoma Metro station.
