Houston’s newest apartment complex devoted to permanent supportive housing is Rasmus-Temenos, 95 units in Midtown District. Rasmus-Temenos, completed in 2023, will be surrounded by retail, restaurants, banks and other offices, government facilities, as well as considerable public transit options and an eminently walkable neighborhood.

The NHP Foundation operates Rasmus-Temenos in coordination with its partner in this development, Temenos Community Development Corporation (CDC). Temenos CDC has an abundance of experience providing services to permanent supportive housing residents. The entire ground floor of Rasmus-Temenos will be devoted to resident services provided by Temenos CDC. The construction of Rasmus-Temenos marks a substantial commitment by the City of Houston, Temenos CDC, and The NHP Foundation to provide quality housing and accompanying services to the most vulnerable residents of Houston, Texas.
